Oplæg med matematikdidaktikeren Thomas Rottmann fra Bielefeld Universitet i Tyskland. Thomas holder oplæg om Learning difficulties in primary mathematics: Bielefeld University was one of the first universities in Germany providing a "Counselling Centre for 'Dyscalculic' Children". My talk gives an introduction into the domain of learning difficulties in mathematics and points to typical difficulties in whole number learning. Furthermore, approaches for diagnostics and a conceptual framework for intervention will be presented. The so called 'four-phases model' assists teachers and learners with the gradual transition from the active use of manipulatives to mental strategies. Efter oplægget er der mulighed for at deltage i frokost og en paneldebat om undersøgende og anvendelsesorienteret matematikundervisning med erfaringer fra bl.a. projektet LabMat, som er støttet af Region Syddanmarks Uddannelsespulje. |
