Tréca Paris brings the art of French sleep to the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes

A refined collaboration rooted in Riviera heritage and eco-conscious craftsmanship

Since 1870, the legendary Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc has welcomed those drawn to the elegance and sensuality of the French Riviera. Now, to elevate the guest experience even further, the hotel has partnered with heritage bedmaker Tréca to craft a custom sleep collection that reflects both institutions' commitment to comfort, quality, and savoir-faire.

Designed specifically for the rooms and suites of the hotel, the bespoke mattress, topper, and base-now part of Tréca's Riviera Collection-are inspired by the grace of haute couture and the timeless glamour of Côte d'Azur grand hotels.

True to Tréca's artisanal ethos, each component has been carefully selected and hand-assembled in France using traditional techniques such as full hand-tufting. Natural, noble materials ensure a sleep experience that is both luxurious and restorative.

An elevated sensory experience, season after season

The exclusive Tréca design emphasizes natural materials and minimal chemical components. Arles merino wool brings breathable lightness and thermal comfort, staying cool in summer and cozy in winter-while naturally repelling dust mites. Natural hevea latex provides pressure-relieving support with a soft, cradling feel.

The topper features low-irrigation French linen, offering natural thermoregulation. Every detail is intentional, including custom-colored ticking and a specially added head handle that echoes the hotel's refined palette.

Sustainable innovation at its core

This collaboration also sets a new standard in sustainable luxury. Tréca has integrated 200 kg of recycled hotel linens into a dense felt layer (1,200 g/m²) used in the base of the mattress, significantly reducing the need for virgin materials.In addition, Tréca's iconic Air Spring® suspension is now made with 90% recycled steel-maintaining its signature point-by-point support, progressive comfort, and motion isolation, with a lighter footprint.

Tréca's environmentally conscious approach is part of the Adova Group's RESSOURCES initiative, launched in 2021. It favors sewing and hand-tufting over chemical processes, replaces foam edging with circular wadding, and limits glue use by employing a cretonne wrap-saving up to 750 g of glue per 160x200 cm mattress. The result: a healthier, more breathable, and more easily recyclable sleep product.
