Maison Tréca Paris announces the appointment of Isabelle Durand as Chief Executive Officer.

 

A recognized expert in luxury and retail with a strong international background within major iconic houses, Isabelle Durand will focus on enhancing Tréca's historic savoir faire and luxury positioning, while supporting the international development and evolution of a reference brand in the French art de vivre.

Founded in 1935 in Reichshoffen in Alsace, Tréca is a French manufacturer of high-end bedding and one of the three luxury bedding brands worldwide. From its earliest days, the company has distinguished itself through creativity and excellence in craftsmanship. Recognized as a historic reference in the sector, the Maison was recently awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant label, acknowledging an artisanal and industrial heritage that includes its emblematic hand stitched construction.

 

With a turnover of 30 million euros and strong growth ambitions in both France and international markets, Tréca continues its growth trajectory within the luxury bedding sector.

Isabelle Durand's Background

 

Aged 54, Isabelle Durand graduated in 1995 from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Tours and Ritsumeikan University in Kyoto, specializing in international relations.

 

As Director of Sales and Business Development at APC, from 2002 she supported the global development of the brand's directly operated and franchised store network and led all retail and wholesale commercial activities, including e commerce.

 

In 2008, Isabelle Durand joined Azzaro Couture as Senior Vice President Retail and Wholesale. She oversaw all international retail, franchise, and wholesale networks while leading the rollout of new retail concepts and the development of e commerce.

 

She then joined Hermès in 2012, where she was appointed General Manager of the Hermès Faubourg Saint Honoré flagship in Paris. In this role, she was responsible for the strategic and operational management of this emblematic location, with full P&L responsibility.

 

In 2015, Isabelle Durand joined Christian Louboutin as Retail Director Europe, before being appointed Group Omnichannel, Client and Performance Director in 2016. She led all corporate business and creative functions of the Group, including performance, omnichannel and CRM strategy, retail excellence, architecture, and visual identity, supporting the Maison's global development.
