Isabelle Durand's Background Aged 54, Isabelle Durand graduated in 1995 from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Tours and Ritsumeikan University in Kyoto, specializing in international relations. As Director of Sales and Business Development at APC, from 2002 she supported the global development of the brand's directly operated and franchised store network and led all retail and wholesale commercial activities, including e commerce. In 2008, Isabelle Durand joined Azzaro Couture as Senior Vice President Retail and Wholesale. She oversaw all international retail, franchise, and wholesale networks while leading the rollout of new retail concepts and the development of e commerce. She then joined Hermès in 2012, where she was appointed General Manager of the Hermès Faubourg Saint Honoré flagship in Paris. In this role, she was responsible for the strategic and operational management of this emblematic location, with full P&L responsibility. In 2015, Isabelle Durand joined Christian Louboutin as Retail Director Europe, before being appointed Group Omnichannel, Client and Performance Director in 2016.
