Perched at the summit of the 310-metre Varso Tower, Highline Warsaw offers not only a physical lift above the city but also the highest vantage point in the European Union. The name Highline reflects the emotion and uniqueness of this place: it is not simply a viewing deck but an experience suspended between sky and city.
 

On the 53rd-floor terrace, visitors can walk among the clouds, with a panoramic observation point that offers a fresh perspective on Warsaw's ever-evolving skyline. The sensation of floating above the city is both exhilarating and grounding, offering a new lens through which to view landmarks such as the Palace of Culture and Science, the Vistula River, and the city's dynamic modern architecture.

HighGarden
 

The heart of the project lies on the 49th floor, home to HighGarden, a rooftop bar and 400 m² green terrace. This lush urban retreat is designed as a sanctuary where visitors can relax, unwind, and connect with nature while remaining immersed in the city's rhythm below. Surrounded by cutting-edge architecture and natural elements, it is a space for both contemplation and celebration-whether enjoying a cocktail, taking in live music, or simply pausing to appreciate Warsaw's beauty from above.

Spanning 1,800 m², Highline Warsaw also brings the city's history to life through immersive experience with detailed historical reconstructions, complemented by a concept store with a photography zone.
