Giobagnara Group - Outdoor Collection

The Giobagnara Group brings together five houses: Giobagnara, Riviere, Rudi, Rabitti 1969, and Pigment France. Five distinct voices, united by a shared conviction: that everyday objects deserve genuine attention, with a focus on materiality, function, and durability.

Founded in Genoa in the late 1990s by Giorgio Bagnara, the group has developed over the years a common language rooted in applied inventiveness, material honesty, and optimistic pragmatism, expressed uniquely by each of its houses.

As outdoor spaces become a true extension of the home, the group's houses approach them with the same rigor they bring to interiors. Four of them present their vision of outdoor living here: Giobagnara, Rudi, Riviere, and Pigment France. Four distinct approaches to shaping this space, without compromise on quality or identity.

PICNIC TRUNK COLLECTION

Giobagnara and Poltrona Frau, two houses that have made Italian artigianato a global reference, bring their expertise together for a collection of outdoor accessories designed to last and to delight.

The centerpiece: a picnic trunk born from the meeting of their two worlds. Its structure, wrapped in Frau Leather®, holds three thermoses in varying sizes, cutlery, a compartment for napkins, measuring flasks, and a walnut wood cutting board.

Lightness as an intelligent gesture.

Pigment France works with natural materials through the lens of Italian artisanal precision: rattan, wicker, straw, and woven leather. Materials that breathe, age beautifully, and evoke southern light, seaside terraces, and the lifestyle of coastal homes.

Each piece is shaped with as much attention to gesture as to form. Here, intrecciato is not decoration-it is the structure. Whether through Rochelle's hand-crocheted work, Trocadéro's TechStraw built from hand-sewn ribbons, or leather patiently woven with rattan, each technique carries its own poetry of craftsmanship.

Bicolored placemats in woven TechStraw, available in round and oval formats. Designed for both indoor dining and outdoor terraces, they combine durability with a contemporary character.

Three pieces for the outdoor table, designed to simplify use without compromising on style. A glass pitcher encircled with hand-woven leather and rattan, a borosilicate glass jug, and hand-crocheted coasters-expressing a refined appreciation for intrecciato in all its nuances.

COMO, ITALY - MATERIAL INNOVATION

Tecnocuoio®. The essential, reimagined.

Rudi is the house of material innovation. In 1996, it patented Tecnocuoio®, a material created from regenerated fibers of fine saddle leather-flexible, water- and UV-resistant, and suited for intensive everyday use. A material that does not imitate leather, but rather stands as its direct heir, transformed through engineering into something new.

In outdoor settings, this approach finds its full expression. Rudi pieces withstand light, humidity, and time. They are not meant to be protected; they are meant to endure alongside daily life.

All pieces are handmade in Italy, near Lake Como.

TOUR COLLECTION

Created in collaboration with Adam D. Tihany, the TOUR collection is born from a simple gesture: folding, bending, layering. A single turn is enough to open up a new form. Geometry becomes expressive, and rigor becomes movement.

PITAGORA COLLECTION

RIVIERE - MAISON DU GROUPE GIOBAGNARA

Italianità, in its most intimate expression.

Riviere is the house of refined, intuitive elegance. Its aesthetic is rooted in lustrous lacquers, soft, powdery palettes, and leathers with exquisite finishes. A form of luxury that is felt before it is named: in the texture of hand-woven leather, in the balanced weight of a well-crafted object, in the light catching a chrome detail.

In outdoor spaces, Riviere brings this same sense of presence. Pieces designed for suspended moments, by the water or in a garden, as if they had always belonged to the landscape.

CAPRI COLLECTION

Designed by Nicola Gallizia, the Capri collection develops a line of outdoor furniture built around a hand-woven structure, enriched with leather elements. Ottoman, coffee table, storage basket-each piece can take on multiple roles within a space, with the same ease.

Giobagnara, Rudi, Riviere, and Pigment France are part of the Giobagnara Group-five complementary houses united by a shared vision: that the beauty of objects is as much a matter of ethics as it is of aesthetics. That inventiveness should serve function. That quality should reveal itself over time.

The group employs more than 150 people, based between its headquarters in Genoa and its production centers in Milan and the Como region.

All pieces are handmade in Italy.

Giobagnara, founded in 1999 by Giorgio Bagnara, is renowned for its elegant and luxurious creations that embody sophistication without ostentation. Celebrated for its Made in Italy craftsmanship, the brand upholds the highest standards, combining traditional techniques with advanced technologies.

In 2022, Giobagnara added the Italian luxury brand Riviere to its portfolio, enriching its range while reinforcing its commitment to Made in Italy craftsmanship and its international leadership in the luxury sector.

Today, Giobagnara employs more than 150 people and distributes exceptional leather home accessories worldwide.
