For 30 years, Maison&Objet has established itself as the international observatory of its sector. One of its core missions is to identify the talents shaping the future of design, home decor, and lifestyle. Staying true to this DNA, Maison&Objet launched Women&Design, a pioneering initiative dedicated to recognising and elevating women in design.

This ambitious initiative is built around several key objectives: to create a powerful and influential international network for women in design, foster collaboration and fuel impactful conversations, identify groundbreaking projects led by women, showcase their contributions to the industry, and organise events and workshops to inspire creativity, dialogue, and innovation.
