| | Past Reveals Future: the inspirational theme for the January 2026 edition |

|
| | Here, the past is not frozen in time: it is living matter and a source of transformation. - Secular practices are opening up to new hybridizations with innovative technologies and materials.
- Furniture is no longer a simple succession of objects, but rather an extension of memory, knowledge, and aura.
- Each creation becomes a trace passed on to the future, an organic continuity where heritage and imagination interact.
To embody this dynamic, GOODMOODS proposes four forward-looking trajectories: - Metamorphosis: when upcycling becomes creative alchemy.
- Mutation: hybridizations between organic materials, traditions, and innovations.
- Recomposed Baroque: opulence reinvented with a contemporary twist.
- Neo-Folklore: local rituals and narratives transformed by new materials and digital tools.
These manifestos inform all of the show's scenography and curatorial approaches, offering a powerful framework for creators, influencers, and brands. |

|
| | Designer of the Year 2026 - Harry Nuriev This edition honors Harry Nuriev, visionary designer and founder of Crosby Studios, hailed by the New York Times Magazine as one of the pioneering voices of contemporary minimalism, who has developed a unique approach: Transformism. Rather than creating from scratch, Nuriev chooses to transform what already exists, amplifying the memory of objects and giving them new resonance. His collaborations-from Mobilier National to the Louvre, Balenciaga to Baccarat-illustrate his ability to build bridges between art, design, and craftsmanship. For Maison&Objet, he has created a unique immersive scenography, designed as a visual and sensory meditation on the power of design to transform our perception of everyday life. |

| | About Maison&Objet Since 1994, Maison&Objet (SAFI, a subsidiary of Ateliers d'Art de France and RX France) has been animating and uniting the international community of decoration, design, and lifestyle. Its trademark? The ability to foster fruitful international encounters, to boost the visibility of brands that join its trade shows or digital platform, and a unique instinct for highlighting the trends that will set the world of decoration alight. Maison&Objet's mission is to reveal talent, offer opportunities for exchange and inspiration online and offline, and facilitate business development. Through two annual trade shows reserved for professionals and Paris Design Week, which brings the city and the general public to life in September, Maison&Objet is an essential barometer of the sector. Online and open all year round since 2016, MOM (Maison&Objet and More) allows buyers and brands to continue their exchanges, launch new collections, and make contacts beyond physical meetings. Weekly highlights of new products continuously stimulate activity in the sector. In 2023, Maison&Objet will roll out new digital services and MOM will also become a marketplace. On social media, discoveries continue every day for a community of nearly 2 million professionals active on Facebook, Instagram (over 1 million followers), Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Xing, WeChat, and TikTok. As the spearhead of the Paris Capital of Creation label, Maison&Objet is a catalyst for positioning Paris as one of the major centers of attraction for international creatives. |
