| | Alongside Fleur Bazin, Marketing Director at Maison&Objet, and Delia Lachance, Maison&Objet's ambassador in Germany as well as founder and Chief Creative Officer of Westwing, the evening brought together journalists, architects, designers, and tastemakers to celebrate the female talents shaping the future of design. The spotlight was on the German nominees for the Women&Design Innovation Awards 2025. Among the notable guests were Kerstin Schneider, Editor-in-Chief of Harper's Bazaar, Julia Gloria Pollinger, Editor-in-Chief of InStyle, Anna-Lena Reith, journalist at AD Germany, and Marcella Prior-Callwey, CEO of Callwey publishing. Key figures from the media and publishing world were joined by entrepreneurs such as Christina Schramm and Gloria Epstein, founders of Table Desires, renowned illustrator Kera Till, and Louisa Verch, founder of the Women in Furniture network. Their presence gave this gathering-dedicated to female creativity and commitment in design-a truly powerful resonance. |

| | Leonie Deventer & Louisa-Marie Beyer, co-founders of Within Mood, an interior design studio with a contemporary and conscious aesthetic. They collaborate with around fifteen manufacturers to create objects that blend sustainability with elegance. Their refined, thoughtful, and ethically driven universe reflects a generation of female designers committed to useful, lasting, and accessible design. |
| | Sissi Pohle, the creative force behind Out of Use Berlin, a hybrid project developed with Patrick Scherzer that blends vintage design, poetic scenography, and a distinctive lifestyle aesthetic. Through carefully sourced and restored pieces with a rustic-chic spirit, she reinvents the language of antique furniture with a contemporary narrative infused with visual culture and artistic sensitivity. |

| | On the French side, four leading female figures from the design scene have been nominated for the Women&Design "Innovation" Award France- a prize initiated by Maison&Objet to honor female entrepreneurs whose commitment, creative boldness, and ability to transform the design industry embody a resolutely innovative and sustainable vision: |

| | A Committed and Inspiring Jury The event also served as an opportunity to unveil the international jury for the Women&Design Innovation Awards 2025, composed of renowned figures from the worlds of design, media, and creativity: Danièle Gerkens, Dorothée Meilichzon, Constance Guisset, Sylvie Adigard, Jérémy Pradier-Jauneau, Antoine Ménard, Julien Sebban, and Mélanie Leroy.

The Women&Design program, initiated by Maison&Objet, aims to identify, support, and showcase women who are transforming design through their vision, boldness, and commitment. Through awards, editorial content, meetings, and international events, it builds a bridge between local creative scenes and the global design community. Next steps: the upcoming announcement of the first Women&Design Innovation Awards winners and the Women&Design Conference at the Maison&Objet trade show on September 6, 2025, featuring both winners for an inspiring and forward-looking awards ceremony.
