Founded in Genoa in the late 1990s by Giorgio Bagnara, the group develops complementary design expressions, each guided by a deep attention to materiality and use. The bathroom stands as one of its most revealing territories: an intimate space where objects find their place with precision, tactility, and permanence. Giobagnara, Rudi, and Riviere each offer a distinct perspective, three ways of shaping the everyday with clarity and intent. |

| | | | Giobagnara is the maison that introduced leather into the world of interior design, at a time when it was still associated with fashion and saddlery. Since then, it has continued to expand its scope, developing a rich repertoire of over 5,000 models in nearly 400 variations, all defined by the same attention to function, tactility, and longevity. |
In the bathroom, this openness is expressed through an exploration of materials. Beyond leather, aluminum and stone enrich the collections, offering different responses depending on use and preference. A controlled diversity, in service of choice. Within the bathroom, objects settle with a sense of clarity: clean lines, rich materials, and a composed presence. Two collections define its contours. |

| | | | Rudi is the maison of material invention. In 1996, it patented Tecnocuoio®, a material made from regenerated noble saddle leather fibers, both supple and resistant to water and light. A material that opens up new possibilities for use within contemporary living spaces. Rudi develops an approach guided by engineering, expressed as a form of applied inventiveness, shaped by an optimistic vision of use and material. In the bathroom, objects settle with clarity: designed for humidity, light, and repeated use, they retain a clean and controlled formal language. Each piece is handcrafted in Italy, near Lake Como. |

Giobagnara offers a wide range of premium leathers and suedes, enabling innovative and functional designs that push the boundaries of leather craftsmanship. Its expertise has made it a trusted partner for interior architects and specialists in yacht and private jet design, delivering bespoke commissions tailored to unique specifications. In 2015, Giobagnara expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of Rabitti1969, a brand specializing in saddle leather and rooted in artisanal Made in Italy production. This was followed in 2017 by a strategic collaboration with French designer Stéphane Parmentier, who became Creative Director of Giobagnara and its affiliated brands, further strengthening their position in the luxury sector. In 2018, the company expanded its offering with the acquisition of Pigment France, recognized for its expertise in leather coverings and the artisanal weaving of wicker, rattan, and straw. In 2022, Giobagnara added the Italian luxury brand Riviere to its portfolio, enriching its range while reinforcing its commitment to Made in Italy craftsmanship and its international leadership in the luxury sector.
