Women&Design Awards 2025
Two female talents honoured: Elaine Yan Ling Ng and Sophie Salager

Launched in 2025 during the Maison&Objet fair, the Women&Design Awards celebrate, for the first time, the women who shape contemporary design with boldness, commitment, and creativity.
This new award aims to highlight inspiring journeys and innovative approaches led by female designers from around the world.

Two awards to spotlight female-driven innovation

Organised as part of the Women&Design by Maison&Objet network, the prize features two complementary distinctions:

  • The Women&Design Innovation Award Worldwide, awarded to an international designer selected by a network of ambassadors based in Dubai, Hong Kong, the United States and Germany.
  • The Women&Design Innovation Award France, which recognises a French female entrepreneur in the field of design.

The goal is twofold: to honour pioneering initiatives led by women and to build bridges between cultures, disciplines, and visions of contemporary design.
