Parador launches in the United States with new leadership team and strong debut at NeoCon

 
 
 
 

Parador, the globally recognized brand known for its design-led and sustainably engineered flooring, is proud to announce its official launch into the U.S. market. Following the company's debut at NeoCon 2025 in Chicago earlier this month, Parador is expanding its US team with commercial leaders to drive growth and build relationships across key regions.

 
 
 
 

Paul Templeman-Holmes has joined as Vice President, USA, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the interiors industry. Based in Atlanta, Paul will lead U.S. strategy, sales, and market development.

Joining Paul are three Commercial Business Development Reps focused on key regional markets:

  • Jill Arno (Florida) - A seasoned sales leader with over two decades of experience in the A&D community across both residential and commercial interiors markets.
  • Rod Poe (Florida) - An experienced sales professional with deep roots in the commercial flooring industry.
  • Scott Malecki (Washington, DC) - Multiple years of sales and project management experience gained with both manufacturers and flooring contractors. 
  • Luisa Rohlf will be supporting the USA business as the Product Manager in the USA, currently located in New York. With over 7 years of hands-on experience at Parador and deep technical expertise across Parador's portfolio, Luisa brings invaluable knowledge and energy to the team.

The announcement follows Parador's successful appearance at NeoCon 2025, where the brand exhibited its premium resilient and engineered wood flooring to an enthusiastic audience of architects, designers, and commercial specifiers. Products such as Modular ONE, a non-vinyl, PVC-free resilient flooring solution, were met with strong interest from firms seeking sustainable alternatives without compromising on style or performance.
